At Real Journeys, we get it—travel plans can shift like the wind! We’re here to make your journey as smooth as possible, even when life throws a curveball. Below is our rebooking and refund policy for all bookings, including our Boracay Blast Package and other exciting adventures. Please read carefully so you know your options!

Rebooking Policy

Flexibility is Key: You can rebook your trip up to 30 days before your scheduled departure at no extra charge, subject to availability. Just let us know what new dates work for you!

Last-Minute Changes: Rebooking requests within 30 days of departure incur Php 500 additional fees per person, plus any price differences due to updated rates, flights or hotel fees.

5+1 Promo Special: If you booked under our 5+1 promo (book for five, sixth person free), the whole group can rebook together under the same terms—just give us a heads-up 30 days in advance to keep it fee-free!

How to Rebook: Contact us via email at bookings@realjourneys.com or message us on our social media pages. We’ll sort out the details and confirm your new travel dates pronto.

Refund Policy

No Refunds on Flights: All flight bookings are non-refundable, but are all rebookable thru travel credits for future Real Journeys adventure!

Flight or Supplier Cancellations: If an airline, hotel, or tour operator needs to be cancelled or cancels on us, we’ll refund you whatever they return to us, minus a Php 500 processing fee per booking. If they offer credits instead, you can choose that option too.

Package Refunds: All packages are considered confirmed and are non-refundable but rebookable thru travel credits.

How to Request a Refund: Drop us a line at refunds@realjourneys.com with your booking number, and we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Special Circumstances

Weather or Unforeseen Events: If Mother Nature or other uncontrollable events (like storms or travel bans) disrupt your trip, we’ll work with you to rebook at no extra cost or issue a full refund if rebooking isn’t an option.

Group Bookings: For 5+1 promo or other group deals, the whole group must cancel or rebook together to keep the promo intact. Partial cancellations may adjust pricing.

Fine Print

All rebooking and refund requests are subject to our suppliers’ terms (airlines, hotels, boats, etc.), which may limit what we can offer. We’ll always be upfront about any restrictions.

Travel credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.

Real Journeys isn’t responsible for additional costs (like personal travel expenses) due to cancellations or changes beyond our control.
